The Blast N Scrap Advisory Horde are volunteer youth advisors who help guide program development and elevate the voices of the Blast N Scrap community!

If the kids are united, then we’ll never be divided!

We are excited to help implement their out-of-this-world ideas!

  • Aria Hendrickson

    Aria enjoys being creative and encouraging others. Art is her expression.

    Aria is exploring fashion design and sewing her own clothes, with the intention of helping reduce the waste that fast fashion creates.

    She participates in DECA/FBLA and National Art Honors Society (NAHS).

    Aria enjoys creative journaling, pottery, and exploring new ways of expanding her creativity.

  • August Straumanis

    (He/Him)

    August Straumanis is a producer, DJ, and instrumentalist. Producing under the name NOLLIJ, he specializes in future beats music featuring lush melodies, raw percussion, and booming bass.

    He is currently a member of the House Band at School of Rock in Fort Collins and a percussionist in his high school's symphonic band.

    August volunteers at Boredom Fighters' Instrument Garden and Blast N Scrap's Band Blast Off program.

  • Eddy Merritt

    (She/Her)

    Eddy is a high school student who is passionate about being a part for her community.

    She is constantly inspired by the work of her peers and loves the scene in Fort Collins.

  • Hazel Daigneault

    (She/Her)

    Hazel, also known as HAZELHATESYOU, has over eight years of production experience.

    With complex sound design and production skills, she produces anything from heavy to melodic genres.

    She hopes to one day play live DJ shows for festivals and shows worldwide.

    Hazel believes that through her extensive nonprofit involvement, she can help teach other musicians in hope that they use their knowledge to one day become great musicians.

  • Henry LaMasurier

    (He/Him)

    Local Musician (Guitarist/Vocalist, Guacamole Lightswitch).

    Henry is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and artist. Since first learning Piano, Ukulele, Guitar, and Bass in Elementary school, he has played various instruments and written countless songs.

    Henry is a guitarist and vocalist for Guacamole Lightswitch. He played numerous Blast N Scrap concerts.

    Henry is a also a singer-songwriter, playing solo acoustic gigs since 2018 and released a collection of demos in 2021.

  • Maggie Threewitt

    (She/They)

    Maggie Threewitt is a senior at Windsor Charter Academy. She took part in marching band her freshman and sophomore year and hopes to be in jazz band next semester.

    Music is a huge part of her life. She plays clarinet and is in musical theater.
